… Equipping followers to lead, Challenging leaders to serve
SURE WORD LEADERSHIP SCHOOL is the leadership development ministry of SURE WORD ASSEMBLY. It runs three programmes:
1. INTERNAL PROGRAMME (i-PRO):
This programme is primarily for members of SURE WORD. It equips and raises leaders for our church by passing every member of the church through four courses: Maturity course, Ministry course, Missions course and Leadership course.
- MATURITY COURSE: To deepen your faith in God and shape your character for victorious living. We teach such subjects as New Creation Fundamentals, Commitment, How to be Led by the Spirit, Christian Maturity, among others.
- MINISTRY COURSE: To help you to discover and unlock your potentials for service to God and humanity. We give students a proper perspective of ministry and assist them to locate their place of service in the church and in the marketplace.
- MISSIONS COURSE: To equip you to live purposefully to impact your world with the gospel. We teach practical soul winning skills and challenge our students to be agents of change wherever they may be.
- LEADERSHIP COURSE: To prepare you for leadership in the church and other spheres of life. We teach basic leadership skills and equip our people to handle the challenges of leadership.
2. EXTERNAL PROGRAMME (e-PRO):
This programme is designed for those who are not members of SURE WORD. It offers periodic courses to train leaders in various fields.
- MECEDONIAN PROGRAMME (m-PRO): This is an interventionist programme for churches in need of training for their workers or leaders. It’s conceived to address specific leadership needs in the organization. We also consult for pastors on leadership development.

CERTIFICATION:
We have qualified and experienced resource persons drawn from various fields for our periodic training. A special certificate of participation is awarded after the training.
