Who We Are

My granddaughter recently celebrated her first birthday and I am grateful to God for her life. She was born lifeless, but God, through our Pastor, breathed life into her. I also want to thank God for using Pastor to heal my son.

I also give God all the glory for healing me permanently after 23 years of high blood pressure. I was healed on the occasion of Mama’s 50th birthday concert after Pastor laid his hands on me. I also used to have severe headaches, but I was healed when I became a member of the Sure Word Assembly.

I have heard people give testimony about instant healing, during DOXA NIGHT OF GLORY, I experienced it. I have been having this constant chest pain and I lived on constant medication because once the pain starts, I can’t breathe, I can’t move my right hand, and I can’t bend down.

On that Friday, I said to God I wasn’t going to leave with the pain. So on that Friday, Papa said those that were sick should come out and he laid his hands on me, I felt a cold sensation and I knew my miracle had come. From that day till now, I have not felt any pain. Praise the Lord!

Around 2015, I went to the toilet and noticed that I was stooling blood every time I went to the toilet for several years even though I received some medical treatment. It was worse if I did not eat before 8 am. So, that made it impossible for me to join in the annual one-week fast Sure Word holds at the beginning of every year. But in 2019, I felt strongly impressed with my spirit to take part in the fast for the first time since that ailment. From that time till now, I have not stooled blood again. I was miraculously healed to the glory of God.

I joined Sure Word Assembly in 2009 but before then I was having serious problems in my marriage, health and business. It was so bad that at a time I even thought of divorcing my wife or sending her to her brother’s house for some time for me to get back on my feet. It got worse when I was told in the hospital that I had hypertension and my blood sugar level was high. I almost lost hope.

I bless God for the ministry of Pastor Dennis and Mama Aity, especially in the area of marriage. I cannot forget their teaching on Making Divorce Impossible, that was the turning point in my marriage. I began to see my wife as my friend, my companion and my darling. Attending Couples Fellowship also opened my eyes to understanding what marriage is all about. Listening to the testimonies of other people in the Couples Fellowship made me realize that challenges are general.

I was not managing my finance well until the message Pastor preached “What Are You Doing With Your Money?” That night, I could not sleep. It brought a drastic change to my financial management. From the teachings I’ve been hearing, I dared to resign from my job and start a business. After registering my company, I brought the certificate to church and the Pastor prayed over it. The next day, I was called for a business proposal. Though my price was higher than that of my competitor, I was favoured in the sight of the owner of the company and the business was given to me with a 75% down payment instead of 50% which is the company’s policy.
Today, my health has been stabilized, my business is growing and my marriage restored to the glory of God.
